Terms of Service

Welcome to Erase My Ex. These terms are the deal between you and TukaSolutions LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs Erase My Ex at erasemyex.app. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What Erase My Ex does

You add photos in your browser, tap the person you want gone, and our AI editing provider (fal.ai, using models such as SAM2 for outlining and Bria’s eraser for filling in the background) removes them. You pick the person by tapping. We don’t use face recognition and we don’t create biometric templates.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. There are no accounts. You use the site in a browser session.

3. Your photos and your rights to them

• Only upload photos you took, own, or otherwise have permission to edit.
• You’re responsible for how you use and share the edited photos, including respecting other people’s privacy and image rights.
• You keep ownership of your photos and of the edited results. We don’t claim any rights to them.

4. Permission to process your photos

When you start an edit, you give us and our providers a limited permission to handle the photo only to make that edit and send it back to you. The permission ends when the edit is delivered or your session ends.

5. How we handle photos

We don’t store your photos. Our servers process them only to make your edit and return the result to your browser. Your session in the browser is wiped after 1 hour, or sooner when you close the tab. Our AI provider may process photos briefly to perform the edit under its own terms. Photos may also be checked automatically for nudity before editing; that check only returns a score.

6. Things you may not do

• No nudity or sexual content. Don’t upload nude or sexual images, and never upload any image that shows a minor in a sexual or exploitative way. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• No deception or fraud. Don’t use edits to mislead people about real events, commit fraud, impersonate someone, or tamper with evidence (for example in legal, insurance, police, news, or other official matters).
• No harassment. Don’t use the service to bully, stalk, threaten, or humiliate anyone.
• Nothing illegal, nothing that infringes someone else’s rights, and no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Packs, payments, and refunds

• Packs: $9 for 10 photos, or $29 for 50 photos (USD, plus any tax shown at checkout).
• Each photo includes one free retry.
• If an edit fails on our side, the credit goes back to you.
• Otherwise, purchases are final, except where the law says you’re entitled to a refund.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Since there are no accounts, credits live in your browser session and may be lost if you clear it.

8. AI has limits

AI editing isn’t perfect. Results can include smudges, odd shapes, leftover bits of the person, or changes to nearby details. Busy backgrounds, overlapping people, and low-quality photos are harder. We don’t guarantee any particular result.

9. Our stuff

The Erase My Ex name, logo, website, and software belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy them without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises (express or implied) that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. If someone makes a claim because of your use

If you break these terms or use an edit unlawfully and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the service after that means you accept the update.
